What is bedside-to-bedside service?
This service is offered to our medical patients and travel companion clients. Our medical team starts and finishes the entire journey with your patient or loved one. Therefore, our medical escort or companion arrives at your patient's bedside or client's location at the start of the transfer. We assess the patient and ensure the stability of the patient or client before we initiate the transfer. We also answer any questions your loved one might have, so that he or she is less anxious about the trip. Once we arrive at the destination, we also travel with the ground transportation unit to the final destination or (bedside). Does your service travel to my locations?
If we can get your patient or loved one to an airport that accommodates commercial airlines, by way of limousine, wheel chair transport, train or ambulance; we can travel there. [Back]
